The LMVSC 2005 Girls White team plays in the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL).

Head Coach Lula Bauer has a USSF National “D” License, a USSF National Youth License, NSCAA National Diploma, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and was selected as High School Coach of the year, Female Coach of the Year by VYSA/Region I.   Coach Lula coached at Bishop Ireton, Yorktown and West Springfield High Schools.  She has been coaching for 20+ years and also serves on the Board of Directors of Women and Girls in Soccer, (WAGS).  Her passion for promoting and providing opportunities for female athletes is unsurpassed.  She has facilitated 80+ female soccer players in finding the perfect academic and athletic fit.  Players mentor under Coach Lula’s guidance, experience a smooth transition from Club soccer to College soccer.   Her proudest contribution to player development was facilitating the historical introduction of the small-sided format.   Coach Lula has her BSN from George Mason University
