Always looking for new and innovative ways to better serve our membership and enhance the player development experience, our staff is thrilled to begin using this modern, exciting platform that will allow us to more easily connect with our coaches, teams, players, parents, and admin staff in one centralized platform.
As a communication tool, Playmetrics offers us the same capabilities as our previous platform, as well as adding a whole lot more. Rather than simply being team-specific communications, it connects our technical staff, coaching staff, and admin staff to our families seamlessly and thereby furthering our aim to move towards a more club-centric model. It also helps our mission of becoming more than a club, but most importantly- one community and one family.
Playmetrics will provide our coaching staff with the opportunity to collaborate more easily and freely, ensuring we are all on the same page, as well as continually learning and improving from the process of sharing ideas, which in turn translates to improved player development practices. In addition, our technical staff can better track the progress of various team management projects such as player assessments.
Ultimately we believe this platform will allow our staff to provide our members enhanced communication, better education for our families and players, while minimizing the administrative load of these tasks, so we can focus on the field and into our teams and individual players’ development.
