Flag Football Recreational Fees

At LMVSC, we know costs have gone up for families and for youth sports organizations. Field rentals, equipment, officials, uniforms, and other program expenses continue to increase.

Even with those rising costs, we remain committed to keeping youth sports as affordable as possible for our community.

That is why our Early Community Commitment pricing is available now through July 17 for Fall Recreational Soccer and Fall Flag Football.

Families who register by July 17 will receive the lowest available pricing for the fall season. Beginning July 18, registration fees will increase.

Registration Fee:

Community Commitment Registration Rate: $175 + $10 County Fee (through July 17, 2026)

Standard Registration Rate: $195 (July 18-August 7th @11:59pm)

Late Fee: $245 (August 8th until teams are filled)

The Family Max Discount is designed to help families with multiple players by capping the total program fee at $350.00 plus $10.00 county fees per player when all children are registered at the same time. This discount is available to families not receiving Financial Aid.

Please note that the $350.00 maximum does not include the county application fees, which are:

$10.00 per player for in-county residents
$30.00 per player for out-of-county residents

This is a great way to make participation more affordable for families with more than one child in our programs!

To apply for the FMD in Demosphere:

If you are applying for the Family Fee Max discount in Demosphere, please proceed to checkout and select the pay by “Check” icon payment method. Once your children’s registration is complete, please email Carolina Guido Parada at registrationadmin@lmvsc.org, to apply the discount to your family’s account.

To apply for the FMD in PM:

If you are applying for the Family Max Discount (FMD) in PlayMetrics:

Once you’re on the registration page, complete the process all the way through until you reach the checkout page. Click on “Checkout” but do not submit payment.

Once you’ve reached that step, please contact Carolina Guido Parada at registrationadmin@lmvsc.org to adjust your account accordingly.

Please note that the LMVSC Recreational Soccer “Family Max” does NOT apply to the LMVSC Instructional Developmental Programs: SoccerTOTS, or U7/U8 Pre Travel Soccer Academy, as well as the Travel Soccer Program.

Flag Football Financial Aid

Financial Aid is available on request to players that qualify for one or more of the programs listed below (verification will be required – see below):

County Free or Reduced School Lunch (2026-2027)
Medicaid
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Foster Care

Financial aid fee:

First child will pay the base fee according to age group:

1st-8th Grade $80.00 plus County User Field Fee $10.00 (Community Commitment Rate)

$90 plus County User Field Fee $10.00 (Standard Fee)

$140.00 plus County User Field Fee $10.00 (Late Fee)

Siblings: More than one child shall pay $30.00 + $10.00 Field Allocation County Fees per additional child per family.

Financial Aid: You must select the “Apply for Financial Aid” payment option on the Payment Screen.
Approval & Payment: Once your child has been approved for the reduced scholarship fee, our Registration Admin, Carolina Guido Parada will confirm approval by email and will send you link for payment. You can log back into your Demosphere Household Member Account and pay via credit card
Registration is not complete until payment has been made.
