IDP Basketball Overview
These instructional programs offer age specific training to those players seeking professional training once a week. Training sessions are provided on weekdays. This is a supplement program to the Recreational Program. Training provided ONCE a week – NO GAMES.

NOTE: Teams are formed on first-come, first-served basis, so please register early! There will be no refund unless your child cannot be placed on a team. Practice days are based on your child’s volunteer Coach’s practice day selection. Special requests are not guaranteed to be honored.

After you have registered, you will hear from your child’s coach after the coach’s meeting.
Family Fee Maximum:
Please note that the LVMSC Recreational Basketball “Family Max” does NOT apply to the LMVSC Developmental Program or to the Travel Program.
Refunds:
Refunds are provided only if your child could not be placed on a team. If your child is injured or is suffering from a long-term illness prior to the beginning of the season, please contact LMVSC’s Executive Director, Lula Bauer, at director@lmvsc.org for any questions regarding refunds.

Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellations for inclement weather will be made when Fairfax County Public Schools close for the entire day or early due to weather. If schools are closed on Friday, weekend use will not be automatically cancelled. A decision concerning these activities will be made by 7:00 AM on Saturday and 7:00 AM on Sunday or as soon as possible if hazardous conditions develop. Decisions will be broadcast on local television and radio stations. FCPS Channel 21 on Fairfax County cable systems and the CRS Weather Line (703-324-5264).
