LACROSSE Technical Training Program

LMVSC introduces Lacrosse to our #lmvscfamily in a technical skills training learning environment.

The main focus of the LMVSC Lacrosse Program will be learning fundamental lacrosse skills: cradling, ground balls, goal shooting, throwing, and catching while incorporating  FUN games and scrimmages.
