Recreational Soccer Financial Assistance
Financial Aid is available on request to players that qualify for one or more of the programs listed below (verification will be required – see below):
- County Free or Reduced School Lunch
- Medicaid
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
- Foster Care
First child will pay the base fee according to age group of:
Pre K (Mini Kickers) | $25.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
Kindergarten (E) | $25.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
1st Grade (D1) | $35.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
2nd Grade (D2) | $35.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
3rd Grade (C3) | $35.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
4th Grade (C4) | $35.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
5th Grade (B5) | $35.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
6th Grade (B6) | $35.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
7th/8th Grade (A) | $40.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
9th-12th Grade (AA/AAA) | $40.00 plus $8.00 In-County Fees |
- Siblings: More than one child shall pay $15.00 plus $8.00 County Fees per additional child per family.
- Submitting Financial Aid Documents: If applying for the reduced scholarship fee, when registering online please select the “Apply for Financial Aid” payment option, then scan or take a picture of accepted documents and send them via email to Jessie Gore, jgoreopsdirector@lmvsc.org. Please include in the email the following information: (1) Full Names of the children in which you are applying for scholarships; (2) Name of the program that your children are registered for.
- Payment: Once your child has been approved for the reduced Financial Aid registration fee, you can log back into your account and pay via credit/debit card or e-check. If mailing in a check or Money Order, please make it out to: “LMVSC” and send it to the club’s mailing address: P.O. Box 10202, Alexandria, VA 22310
Important Information
REFUND POLICY:
Please make a note, there will be no refund unless your child could not be placed on a team.
FAMILY FEE MAXIMUM:
A family fee maximum of $240.00 for all registrations done at the same time. The $240.00 does not include the $8.00 per player In-County Application fee ($38.00 Out-of-County Application fee). If you are applying for the Family Fee Max discount, please proceed to checkout and select the “Check” icon payment method. Once your children’s registration is complete, please email Jessie Gore at jgoreopsdirector@lmvsc.org, so that she can apply the discount to your family’s account.
Please note that the LMVSC Recreational Soccer “Family Max” does NOT apply to the LMVSC Instructional Developmental Programs: SoccerTOTS, or U7/U8 Pre Travel Soccer Academy, as well as the Travel Soccer Program.
