If Fairfax County Schools are closed ALL games are canceled.
What to do if the gym is locked or there is another group in the gym?
Do not argue with the school staff
NCS has a staff member on call during the week and on weekends in case of a usage problem. Staffing on call-hours are: M-F from 4:30 p.m. -9 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
You need to call the county hotline first as they need to talk to someone at the gym
Call CRSย 703 609-8870 and alert.
Also call and/or text the scheduler – Charles Chandler at 703-856-2715 and alert him.
Alternate contacts to be used only if you cannot reach the county and/or Charles.

What should I do if there are no referees ?
The assistant referee coordinator is Kenny Robinson – cell 301-793-2141
Please contact them ONLY if there are no referees on site.
Please note: Sometimes the schools change the use of the gym and do not inform the county โ if this is the case the after-hours county rep. will try to resolve but the school has priority, even if they didnโt let us know. We must respect their decision and not argue with the school, the county rep or gym monitor FOR ANY REASON.
Any lost games will be rescheduled if possible.
