REGISTRATION FEES

2024-2025 Registration Fees 

Deposits amount to $250 across all age groups, with a reduced deposit of $150 for those seeking Financial Aid. These deposits are nonrefundable. An extended payment plan spanning 8 months will entail the initial deposit payment and a final payment due on January 1, 2025. 

LMVSC extends financial assistance to families demonstrating financial need. Player registration fees vary by team and are categorized into “Club Fees” and “Team Fees.” 

To streamline our payment process and enhance transparency, starting from the 2024-25 seasonal year, tournament fees and winter futsal team fees will be integrated into Club Fees. 

Club fees are managed through the registration system and can be settled in full upon registration or through installment payments (refer to the chart below). Additionally, LMVSC offers a 20% sibling discount per non-Financial Aid family. 

2024-2025 Travel Registration Fee - U9-U10 Teams

The 2024-2025 registration fee for all U9-U10 teams is $2,025.00

The 2024-2025 registration fee for all U11-U12 teams is $2,375.00

Travel Program members are responsible for timely payment of club fees. 

After receiving an offer from a coach to join a particular team, players are eligible to register with LMVSC. To confirm the offer, an initial deposit must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Registration fees can be settled in full upon registration or through installments with an initial deposit fee. Team-specific payment schedules are outlined above. Please review the registration and installment payment procedures attentively. Once registration and payment are finalized, the player is committed to the team for the entire seasonal year. Please note that deposit and registration fees are non-refundable. 

 

Registration and Initial Deposit: 

  • Using the link provided in your offer letter, log in or create an account in PlayMetrics. Make sure that you are registering for the correct team. Players must be entered in with their full LEGAL name that matches their birth document. **If your player is new to travel soccer and was born outside the U.S., please contact registrationadmin@lmvsc.org once you have registered.** 
  • Complete the online registration forms and waivers. 
  • On the payment page, you can choose the option to pay in full, pay the deposit with the remaining balance due on July 1, 2024, or pay the deposit and 7 installments with a final payment due January 1, 2025. 
  • Every transaction will be charged a 2% transaction fee by the service provider. A discount is offered to those who pay in full. If using the payment plan option, you will be charged the 2% transaction fee by the service provider for each installment payment. 
  • Non- Fairfax County residents will be assessed an additional non-resident full year fee per player as required by Fairfax County Park Authority. 
  • If you need to pay with a cashier’s check or money order, please contact registrationadmin@lmvsc.org for assistance in completing your registration.

Travel Fee Details  

LMVSC, a non-profit organization situated in the most distinctive area of Fairfax County, with the highest concentration of Title 1 schools (participating in Free and Reduced Lunch Programs). Consequently, we do not impose a limit on the number of scholarships awarded. Our primary objective is to maintain minimal fees while guaranteeing quality opportunities for all participants by reinvesting our funds and resources into our programs. These fees support expenses that align with our commitment to furthering the LMVSC mission, ensuring an exceptional experience for every player, regardless of their level of interest or financial circumstances.
