Exercise 1

(1) Set up next to a wall or with a partner to serve
(2) Set up camera to view entire area
(3) Stay within the box and complete 10 reps of each technique
(4) First 10 reps: inside foot passing (alternating feet)
(5) Second 10 reps: laces striking (alternating feet)
(6) Third: Two touches (alternating feet)
(7) Complete exercise in under 1 minute

Exercise 2

(1) Set up next to a wall or with a partner to serve
(2) Set up camera to view entire area
(3) Stay within the box and complete 10 reps of each technique
(4) First 10 reps: inside foot half-volley (alternating feet)
(5) Second 10 reps: laces half-volley (alternating feet)
(6) Third: Two touches (alternating feet)
(7) Complete exercise in under 1 minute

Exercise 3

(1) Set up next to a wall or with a partner to serve
(2) Set up camera to view entire area
(3) Stay within the box and complete 10 reps of each technique
(4) Receive and turn with inside foot towards back of box and drag-back turn (alternating feet)
(5) Receive and turn with outside foot towards back of box and inside hook turn (alternating feet)
(6) Receive and turn with step-over towards back of box and outside cut turn (alternating feet)
(7) Complete exercise in under 2 minute

Exercise 4

(1) Set up next to a wall or with a partner to serve
(2) Set up camera to view entire area
(3) Stay within the box and complete 10 reps of each technique
(4) Receive and turn with foot towards back of box and any turn back (alternating feet)
(5) Receive and turn with thigh towards back of box and any turn back (alternating feet)
(6) Receive and turn with chest towards back of box and any turn back (alternating feet)
(7) Complete exercise in under 3 minute

Exercise 1

(1) Make a 10×10 box
(2) Set up camera to view entire box
(3) Start on one side of the box and run at the cone in the middle to execute 1v1 dribbling move.
(4) First 4 Moves: Step-over (2-right; 2-left)
(5) Second 4 Moves: Scissors (2-right; 2-left)
(6) Final 4 Moves: Matthews Move (2 -right; 2-left)
(7) Complete exercise in under 1 minute

Exercise 2

(1) Make a T shape with 4 cones (each 5 yards apart)
(2) Set up camera to view entire box
(3) Execute specific turns at the outside cones (yellow cones in diagram)
(4) First 4 Turns: Inside hook (2-right; 2-left)
(5) Second 4 Turns: Outside Cut (2-right; 2-left)
(6) Final 4 Moves: Cruyff Turn (2 -right; 2-left)
(7) Complete exercise in under 1 minute

Exercise 3

(1) Make a 10×10 box
(2) Set up camera to view entire box
(3) Slalom down one side of the box, run with ball to opposite side and then repeat until return to
starting point
(4) First 2 reps: right foot only
(5) Second 2 reps: left foot only
(6) Final 2 reps: both feet
(7) Complete exercise in under 1 minute

Exercise 1

(1) Make a 10×10 box
(2) Set up camera to view entire box
(3) First 3 reps: Start on one side of the box and sprint to cone in the middle (5 yards), then sprint
backwards to starting point (5 yards), then sprint forwards to the opposite end (10 yards)
(4) Rest 10-20 seconds between sets
(5) Second 3 reps: Starting on one corner, sprint to the cone in the middle, then cut 45 degrees
around the center cone, and then sprint to the the next corner (repeat to make 2 consecutive
revolutions)

Exercise 2

(1) Make a 10×10 box
(2) Set up camera to view entire box
(3) Rep 1 – Spring forward to center cone, shuffle left to outside cone, shuffle right to center cone, turn to sprint forward to opposite outside cone, then sprint backwards to center cone, and turn to sprint to starting cone

Rep 2 – Same as rep 1 but opposite direction

Rep 3 – Follow same pattern as rep 2 but forward sprint through the entire grid

(5) 5-10 seconds rest between each rep

Exercise 3

(1) Make a 10×10 box
(2) Set up camera to view entire box
(3) 3 reps: zigzag through 4 cones. Run around 4th cone, and turn to sprint diagonally back to
starting point of identical column 10 yards parallel; repeat action; then turn and sprint diagonally
back to starting point of first column.
(5) 5-10 seconds rest between each rep
