LMVSC will be teaming up with Kristen Creger, owner of Integrated Fitness and Rehab. Integrated Fitness and Rehab will be conducting a cutting edge strength, fitness and injury prevention program for age groups most vulnerable to soccer injuries.
Kristen earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Tampa, Florida. She has over 5 years experience as a physical therapist and over a decade of experience in the youth soccer industry. Last year she became the owner of Integrated Fitness and Rehab, LLC.
