The goal of LMVSC Lacrosse is to teach and reinforce the basic technical skills needed to play the game leading to a competitive practice/play Lacrosse League in the coming seasons. In the introductory phrase of technical training while building confidence, the LMVSC Professional Trainer will use soft practice balls that are the size and weight as the actual lacrosse ball. The main focus of the LMVSC lacrosse program will be learning fundamental lacrosse skills, cradling, ground balls, goal shooting, throwing, and catching while incorporating FUN games and scrimmages.
